A: YuanYi is a factory with skillful engineers and employees as well as well-organized workshop.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, 3-7 working days for prototype, 10-35 working days for bulk production upon confirmation.
Q: Do you provide prototyping service? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, the prototype product fee depends on the geometry, fee can be refund based on large-scale production orders.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30%-50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
Q: What's kinds of information you need for a quote?
A: 2D drawing in PDF or DWG format marked down with all detail requirements like workmanship and surface treatment...etc,
and 3D drawings with STEP or IGS or X_T format, and others.
Q: What is your standard PO procurement process flow?
A: Prototyping ---> For approval ---> Large Scale Order ---> Manufacturing Instruction ---> Bulk Production ---> Inspection ---> ShippingQ: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A. Please send a sample to factory for reference, and instruction with detail dimensions. then we can provide you better solutions.
CAD or 3D / 2D file documentation will be created upon order confirmation.
Q: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A: Yes, we can sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement before cooperation, and will not release to other parties without your permission.
Q: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting factory on site?
A: YuanYi will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which shown
the whole machining progress
Q: How to enjoy the OEM services?
A: YuanYi will provide some technical proposals and quotation based on the drawing design or reference sample,
then proceed with production upon confirmation from customer.
